Your tasks:
- Support and advice for our employees in all matters relating to payroll tax, social security, collective bargaining and labour law,
- collective bargaining and labour law issues.
- Independent or supported implementation of payroll accounting for a defined group of employees.
- Checking recruitment requirements and categorisation in accordance with our collective agreement.
- Processing the contract, certification and reporting system.
- Independent preparation and implementation of personnel measures.
- Contact person for our managers in all HR-related matters.
- Preparation of interim and employment references for our employees.
- Confident dealings with customers and service providers.
Your qualifications:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a human resources focus.
- Successfully completed further or advanced training in the field of HR or many years of experience as an HR specialist, payroll accounting specialist or similar.
- Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law.
- Experience in human resources, especially in the area of payroll accounting.
- Familiar with the preparation of interim and employment references.
- A responsible, independent and flexible way of working.
