Your tasks:
- Order processing.
- Friendly contact with customers and employees.
- Carrying out day-to-day office tasks.
- Invoicing and dunning.
- Preparation of bookkeeping and payroll accounting.
- Purchasing.
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as an office clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Confident dealing with customers and service providers.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of payroll accounting and social security.
