Your tasks:
- Ensuring on-time production and quality.
- Independent preparation, set-up and adjustment of 3- and 5-axis milling machines.
- Operating our CNC-controlled milling machines.
- Independent quality control of initial samples and series production.
- Creation of milling programmes.
- Independent optimisation of production processes.
- Control and maintenance of the machine and the working environment.
- Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (preferably specialising in milling technology) or comparable.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CNC production, ideally 5-axis machining.
- Sound knowledge of programming milling machines with Heidenhain controls.
- CAM knowledge desirable (MasterCAM).
- Precise working methods to meet demanding tolerances (minimum requirement usually ISO 2768-f).
- Quality awareness, willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, co-operative working style.
- Willingness to work shifts or in shift operation.
- Conscientiousness, reliability and commitment.
